To Be eligible to hold a user id and password you must meet the following criteria:
 1. Be a DoD employee
 or
    Be President of a Local that has a DoD unit

 2. Be a dues paying member of AFGE and in good standing with your Local.

If you meet both of the criteria set forth in 1 and 2 you may obtain a user id by having your Local President
email the WebMaster at DEFCON with the following statement and information:
